Shipping
We are proud to offer free standard shipping to all of our customers! Your order will ship out within 2-4 business days of when you submit your order. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. We currently ship to the United States.
While most packages deliver in 5-7 business day, we cannot guarantee shipping dates due to disruptions caused by unforsceen circumstances. When you receive tracking information, please give it a couple of business days to update. All shipping carriers are working hard to make timely deliveries so some scans may be skipped to keep deliveries moving quickly. Should your tracking status change to "pending," rest assured your package is on the way. As always, please reach out with any questions.
Returns

We accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition.
- Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges
- Returns received within 31-60 days of original ship date will receive store credit
- We cannot accept returns after 60 days
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs, unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

Checkout with the $1.98 Re:Do product for free unlimited returns for store credit or exchange on your order if needed and send it back for free if it doesn’t work.
Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal according to our policy and purchase a label with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money!
