Return Policy

We’re here to make sure you’re taken care of.

We accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition.

- Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be eligible for returns.

- Returns received within 31-60 days of original ship date will receive store credit.

- We cannot accept returns after 60 days.

Returns received without original packaging with be subject to a restocking fee.

Checkout with the $1.98 Re:Do product for free unlimited returns for store credit or exchange on your order if needed and send it back for free if it doesn’t work.

Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal according to our policy and purchase a label with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money! 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs, unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.
