Where do you ship?

We are proud to offer free standard shipping to all of our customers within the United States! Your order will ship within 2-4 business days of when you submit your order. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days.

How do I determine the best size for my pet?

Will this fit my extra large dog?

We highly recommend measuring your dog’s neck before purchasing a pack of Remy+Roo bandanas. Our Large bandanas fit necks up to 17” and our XL bandanas fit necks up to 23". Please refer to our Size Guide for tip on determining the perfect fit.

What materials are your bandanas made with?

Each bandana is made from two layers of 100% polyester, with the exception of a few of our specialty fabrics – denim and black pleather. The polyester weave makes them durable and more resistant to stains and wrinkles. The tag on each bandana is made from a faux leather.

Can I buy individual bandanas?

We're excited to offer individual bandanas in some of our most popular designs.

How do I care for my Remy+Roo product?

Dog Bandanas: Remy+Roo bandanas are machine washable. We recommend using a delicate cycle on cold and laying flat to dry. It is not advisable to iron your bandanas as it could cause fading or even holes in the fabric.

How do I become a brand ambassador or dog model?

We are not currently offering a brand ambassador program. Follow us on Instagram for updates and future opportunities to collaborate with Remy+Roo.

What is your return policy?

We’re here to make sure you’re taken care of.

We accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition.

- Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges

- Returns received within 31-60 days of original ship date will receive store credit

- We cannot accept returns after 60 days

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs, unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.
